Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days, varying by destination. Orders are processed after your prescription is verified at checkout.
How your order moves
Order confirmed
You receive an order-confirmation email once checkout and prescription verification are complete.
Processing & dispatch
We prepare and dispatch your parcel from our facility.
In transit
Your parcel travels to the destination country. International legs can take several days.
Tracking goes live & delivery
Tracking updates once the parcel arrives in the destination country — up to 7 business days after your order-confirmation email.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 14-day return / refund window. For health and safety reasons, the customer must show proof of destroying the items to complete a return. For full conditions, see our refund policy.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact support with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right.
