Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–18 business days, varying by destination country. Tracking information will only be updated once the parcel arrives in the destination country (up to 7 business days after you receive the order-confirmation email).

Shipping Range

We offer worldwide shipping. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.

Customs & duties

Policies on duties and tariffs differ between countries. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any required taxes and fees of your local government. The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariffs — for detailed local information, please consult your local customs office.

Return & Refund

14-day return / refund. To start a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package. For more details, please contact our customer service.

Cancellations & order changes

If your order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel it within 2 hours of completing payment — just email our customer service with your order number (and, for cancellations, your contact info and reason). Once an order has been processed, we can no longer change or cancel it. Payment cancellations and refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Wrong or missing items

If the items you received do not match your order, please contact our customer service with your order number and a photo of the received items within 7 days of the parcel's arrival.
