Do I need a valid prescription?+
Yes. A valid contact lens prescription is required for all U.S. orders. Your prescription will be verified at checkout. Use the Diopter, base curve, diameter and replacement schedule from your eye-care professional.
How long does shipping take?+
Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days, varying by destination. Tracking updates once the parcel arrives in the destination country (up to 7 business days after your order-confirmation email). We ship worldwide — see our shipping policy for details.
What is your return policy?+
14-day return / refund. To start a return, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package. For more details, please check our refund policy.
Are moodyPlus lenses safe for everyday wear?+
moodyPlus clear lenses are designed for routine daily wear. Follow your prescriber's instructions for wear time, replacement schedule and lens care.
I have astigmatism. Can I wear Moody lenses?+
Currently we only carry spherical lenses (for nearsightedness); we don't yet have toric lenses for astigmatism. If your astigmatism is mild (less than −0.75), many optometrists approve spherical lenses via "spherical equivalent." Please consult your eye doctor before purchasing.
What if my two eyes have different powers?+
No problem — choose the Diopter for one eye and add it, then add the other eye's Diopter as a second box.
