What are moodyblue lenses made of?
We are committed to providing both comfort and quality. Our lenses are made from premium, breathable materials like Silicone Hydrogel, designed for extended wear and superior oxygen permeability to keep your eyes feeling healthy and hydrated all day long.() All our products are manufactured in FDA-approved facilities.
Are moodyblue lenses available with a prescription?
Yes, our lenses are available in a wide range of powers for nearsightedness (myopia), as well as non-prescription (Plano/0.00) for those who do not require vision correction. Please ensure you have a valid prescription from your eye care professional before ordering.
Do you offer lenses for astigmatism (toric) or farsightedness (hyperopia)?
Currently, we specialize in spherical lenses for nearsightedness. We do not offer toric lenses for astigmatism or lenses for farsightedness at this time. Please check your prescription carefully before purchasing.
How do I order if I have a different prescription for each eye?
It's simple! Just add two separate boxes to your cart. Select the correct power for your left eye and add it to the cart, then select the correct power for your right eye and add that to the cart as well.
How long do the lenses last before they expire?
Our products have a shelf life of up to 5 years from the manufacturing date when stored correctly.() You can find the manufacturing date (indicated by a factory icon 🏭) and the expiration date (indicated by an hourglass icon ⌛) clearly printed on the packaging.
How can I change my order information (e.g., shipping address, name)?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can request changes within 2 hours of completing your payment. Please email our customer service team immediately at support@moodycontacts.com with your order number and the correct information. If your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of payment, provided it has not been processed. Please email support@moodycontacts.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will process your refund within 10 business days. For more details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. Also, ensure that the email address you provided at checkout was correct. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What should I do if the items I received are incorrect?
We're sorry for the mistake! Please contact our customer service team at support@moodycontacts.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a picture of the items you received, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website for the latest delivery updates.
Why hasn't my tracking status been updated?
It can take 3-5 business days for the carrier to initially scan the parcel and update the tracking information. For international orders, the tracking status may not show significant updates until the parcel has reached the destination country and cleared customs. This is normal.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

What should I do before wearing my contact lenses for the first time?
Hygiene is the top priority!

Always wash and dry your hands with a lint-free towel before touching your lenses.

For any non-daily disposable lenses (e.g., monthlies), you must soak them in a multi-purpose contact lens solution for at least 8 hours before the first use.

Before inserting a lens, place it on your fingertip and check that it is not inside out. A correct lens looks like a smooth bowl (U-shape), while an inside-out lens will have a flared rim (like a saucer).
My vision is blurry after putting my lenses in. Why?
There are two common reasons for this:

The lens may be inside out. An inside-out lens will feel slightly uncomfortable, may move around when you blink, and will cause blurry vision.() Remove the lens, rinse it with solution, flip it, and try again.

You may have mixed up the lenses for your right and left eye if they have different prescriptions. Please ensure the correct lens is in the correct eye. If the problem persists, please consult your eye care professional.
