Watery, scratchy eyes? That’s friction.
The cornea is the most nerve-dense surface on your body — a thick, stiff lens sets it off.
Less lens to press and rub.
Thickness is one friction trigger; surface dehydration is another — handled by the Hydralink™ coating below.

Nutrients and moisture envelop your eyes
- Vitamin B12 — nourishes tired, hard-working eyes.
- Taurine — helps lock in moisture, for that just-opened feel.
Comfort ingredients — not intended to treat any eye condition.

Low water isn’t less moisture — it’s more stable.
A high-water lens tops itself up from your eye as it dries — a low-water lens doesn’t need to.
Holds its shape with little water — draws less from your tears.
Paired with the Hydralink™ tear-stabilization system.
Same day, two timelines
Thin and low-water, A feels the same from morning to night — while high-water lenses dry out and suction by afternoon.
- 0.03mm ultra-thin — no foreign-body feel
- Goes in soft, settles flat
- 38% low water doesn’t depend on the air around you
- No drying crash in A/C
- No suction, no tightening
- Stays put without pulling your tears
- Thin + stable — no end-of-day grit
- Comfortable enough to forget
- High water feels great going in
- Right now, no different from A
- Its own water evaporates in A/C
- Begins pulling moisture from your eye
- Water spent — the lens clings to the eye
- You feel it on every blink
- Tight, gritty, foreign-body feeling
- You just want it out
High-water lenses can draw moisture from the eye as their own water evaporates — often felt as tightening or “suction” by the afternoon. Individual experience varies.

Read it like this: premium dailies can be thin and gentle too — but they’re still high-water (so they dry and tighten), skip Hydralink™, and cost more. moody A is the only one that’s ultra-thin, low-water-stable and factory-direct priced.

Diopter (Power) Conversion
Contact-lens power isn’t the same as your glasses prescription. Here’s how to convert it before you order.
No astigmatism
Lens power = Glasses power / (1 − 0.012 × Glasses power)Astigmatism < 0.75D
Add 1/2 of the astigmatism power to the sphere power first, then convert with the formula above.
Astigmatism ≥ 0.75D
Conversion isn’t recommended — custom toric lenses are suggested for clear, stable vision.
Guidance only. Round to the nearest available power, and when in doubt confirm with your eye-care professional or your latest prescription.
